    The rib racks to surpass ALL other rib racks...

    Picked these up today:

    Each rack is 36" x 19½" and has 6" vertical support and holds 18 racks of ribs.

    I can do 36 racks at a time.

    W00T!

    And with the sets of rib racks made from lid holders from IKEA I bought, I can do another.... oh, probably 16 or so? I dunno.

    It'll definitely be a Rib Fest whenever I get around to it!

        Haven't tested them yet in my Yoder - if one fits on the bottom, it will be tight, for sure - but the large offset won't be a problem. Either the one I'm borrowing, or the one I'm building.

        These were made custom by a local guy for his church's fundraisers or something. Found 'em on FB Marketplace. $30 for the pair, I think, can't be beat.
