    Dang! Misen Got Me Again…

    Just got a pair of Misen baking steel. Seasoned on the grill tonight. Darn Misen! Why do they keep having good deals? My wife says I am banned from Amazon. I didn’t tell her that I got these direct from Misen! 😬

        Mostly I will use them in the oven as intended. But making tortillas sounds like a good use also.
