    Meat-Up Memphis June 2021 Who's going?

    Hey there everyone! I just registered for the Meat-Up Memphis (which is now June 2021) Who else is going? I am glad that it will be in June 2021 so this will give me time to move and get my skills down before the event!! I see we can't book rooms yet (it only allows bookings to March 2021) with the Peabody, but I will stay on top of it so I can get one quick!

    Easy there. I’ve talked with Meathead about this. It is still on for this year. Unless you know something I don’t.
    There are contingent plans for 2021.
    Meathead said he will make a final decision in June.

          Steve B we are kicking around some ideas. Probably not a huge number of recipes. Lots of focus on the story of how we got here, what we like, how we integrate wines and farms and such that are part of where we live. And some of these very favorite recipes.

          As of now there’s only 17 States that have more covid cases than my small county. Pretty scary around here. To boot my tenet had it. So it was inside my house. Fortunately my wife and I are good.

        I’m letting my deposit ride. For what it’s worth I think putting it off was the right decision.

            Well, that is the Peabody booked for ten nights. As we are travelling from the UK wife and I are making a holiday of the weekend and staying for a week afterwards. Just waiting for the airlines to open up those dates so I can book flights.
