The amazing Jon Solberg dropped by my workplace tonight for a brief visit and to give me one of the best things one friend could give to another- a rack of baby back ribs! It's been a long time since I've tasted hickory and MMD, and boy did they hit the spot. Homemade beans too.
I could cut them with a plastic knife
Jon it was a pleasure meeting you and your lovely GF. I only wish we'd had more time to visit!

A hosp employee just wheeled around a cart of foam trays containing leftover ham dinners from earlier today. Cold. Guess what I'm eating and what I'm not eating! He he he... Jon Solberg
Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Huskee, on my post below, I had the same issue as DWC, even though I typed @ and Jon Solberg and it showed his full name, but only linked Jon. I edited the post, deleting Jon and retyping his full name to get it right. A software bug??
I'm thinking it is a bug with linking names that start the same and the one you want, and typed, has a space in it following the part that matched another user. I don't know this software, so just a guess.
