If I can make it, I'll be there! I'm only 1 1/4 hr away from La Crosse so it's an easy drive. I'd love to meet y'all.

OUTDOOR COOKERS
BBQ ACCESSORIES
WOOD & PELLET PREFERENCES
SOUS VIDE
INDOOR COOKWARE
After having helped organize 3 of these I have a few suggestions;
1) If cooking is anticipated make sure it’s a well organized group effort. Otherwise 2-3 people feeding 20 isn’t an equitable solution.
2) Pick a date like now. Then ask for a head count. You’re never going to get there otherwise.
3) Let those coming know where they can stay and how much they will have to pay.
4) Establish a central meeting place where everyone can get together at some point.
Hope you guys can pull this off. La Crosse is beautiful in the early summer. If gas wasn’t a zillion dollars a gallon I’d be tempted. Have fun !!!

To piggyback on what Troutman said, I’d find one place for everyone to stay, if it’s a hotel or motel. Check into whether they have a central meeting place for everyone to gather. It’s great for everyone to get together for drinks at the end of the day. Then I’d post a few pics of the place, along with their rates and a link to the hotel website. If everyone is scattered around town it makes it a little harder to socialize and plan your activities. Agree with picking a date ASAP and then posting it. It’s almost impossible to pick a weekend that works for everyone. Good luck Richard, I think you’ll have a great turnout.
