Fairchild kitchen or drive way, are certainly a great place to hang out, and would definitely host a day, or night

Hmmm, interesting, might be something we should discuss over a glass of wine...

Well, I also agree with the free lsg, also I think Weber should send me a summit kamado with table, lol I mean if we are building wishful thinking. 😜 but when it comes to cooking, I think I would sit back and take lessons from the group.

CaptainMike, more and more they are saying the real source of wild yeast is in the grain, more so then what might be in the air.

Richard Chrz, there's something special about those west coast yeast colonies, especially Seattle and San Francisco.

So, if I make the trip out from Seattle, I would have to bring the fresh clams on ice? Or salmon?

Spinaker John, would my KBQ qualify as a carry on? (After all, I do have an Alaska credit card đŸ€”)

This is only 2 1/2 hours from me so I am more than down. I can bring over my camping trailer. It has, basically, an outdoor kitchen that rolls out. So if we wanna cook, I can set up the awning, the kitchen etc. I can also bring my KBQ and PBCs if need be. And plenty of wood for all parties.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

Is This Superb Charcoal Grill A Kamado Killer?

The PK-360, with 360 square inches of cooking space, this rust free, cast aluminum charcoal grill is durable and easy to use. Four-way venting means it’s easy to set up for two zone cooking with more control than single vent Kamado grills. It is beautifully designed, completely portable, and much easier to set up for 2-zone cooking than any round kamado.

Grilla Pellet Smoker proves good things come in small packages

We always liked Grilla. The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, as on a condo patio.
