    Aside from leftover BBQ breakfast tacos Sunday morning, I can make this too:

    Biscuits and Debris: Hatch chili biscuits with Hatch chili gravy and pulled pork on top. Great with chopped brisket too.

    In fact, I’m thinking we should have a whole post dedicated to The Texas Hoedown. Food and restaurant pictures, happy hour pictures ( those should be good) hotel pics, member photos with names, our itinerary etc.

    I'm thinking we need to do periodic posts to The Pit while we're up to our shenanigan's. PG-13, of course. I remember when HawkerXP Mudkat and a few others did campout by a river a couple of years ago and I really enjoyed their posts.
