Be careful opening and closing that lid, also!! Many have the battle mark across the forearm, where a hot folding lid is likely to lay across it while opening and laying it back across the top. You WON"T do it twice!!

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks.
