Since the Stickburner (Logs) channel doesn't get much love I thought I'd repost my rib cook yesterday here...
3 large racks of St Louis ribs for tonight. Huskee's Rib Rub recipe.
Each rack after trimming weighed in about 3.5 - 3.7lbs. I expect these to take ~9hrs.
Here they are at about 4hrs. The brown sugar topper that I use looks a little unsightly here, but it will pretty up as the bark develops. Oak & ash logs on the Yoder.
