Ok. Just saw he uses it for hurricane relief and charity. Glad it wasn’t primarily for weddings and large catering events!

You can have a hot dog....but you'll have 3999 leftovers.

            Quite the rig.
Hate to have to pull that thing....illegal for most highways anyway.
No wonder they have to move with a wrecker.

I can’t imagine trying to tune that thing, let alone feed the fire. It needs a coal car like an old steam locomotive.

What is that saying? Go Big or Go Home or Go Big and GO to Texas?
Can you see yourself enjoying BBQ with the down to earth folks?

Grilla Pellet Smoker proves good things come in small packages

We always liked Grilla. The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, as on a condo patio.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

Broil King’s proprietary, dual-tube burners get hot fast and are able to achieve high, searing temps that rival most comparatively priced gas grills.
