I have seen the smaller units you manufacture with the firebox on the underside of CC is this a new design change on the bigger units you manufacture or just because it's not trailer mounted?
Is the FB outlet on the opposite side of the door opening?

Yes it is a standard reverse flow design but I have moved the firebox underneath for the sake of space in restaurants etc. Works much better as 1./ The air has less distance to travel resulting in less friction (more flow). 2./ All the heat emitted at the top of the firebox is not waisted. ( I also add insulation to the inside of the firebox). I will make the reverse plate removable for deep cleanings.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
