So on Sunday I made some Beef Ribs and Pork butt and posted the "before" pictures. I pulled it at 205 vs. 203 when I normally pull it. I didn’t get too many pictures of the pork but it all turned out fantastic. I think I may tell myself this every time, but it may have been my best yet!
