              Extremely impressive! I have zero experience with that style of smoking and honestly intimidates me to some extent. You stick burners are legit! I'd eat your food without hesitation.

                Appreciate that. They turned out great - the St. Louis ribs had a really deep smoke flavor that penetrated the juices. I used my favorite rub on those. The baby backs were good, but for some reason they weren't as smoky.

                Thanks! I spent about 10 years cooking on a WSM (one of those on a PBC) and this is a lot more work but I've enjoyed it so far. Just trying to get to the other side of the learning curve. : )
