2. Probe ports in the wall so I wouldn't have to go under the lids
3. Stainless steel grates
4. Tuning plates, course they already come standard on the 24" models
5. Ash pan
6. Stainless steel shelf, at least 14" that folds down
7. Brass valve drain
8. Burner to fry deer and fish and crawfish and ......
9. Rib racks
