It would cool to see the basket in action. I am going to order the M1 in the next couple of days and expect I will have a lot of fun learning how to use it best. Seeing these posts is very encouraging.

My guess is 10-12h, would require testing for sure. Prob helps to use charcoal logs or FOGO super premium large chunks on the longer burn too

Yeah sticks work well, more room to navigate , but in general I never had much of an issue using sticks in here so it’s a larger upgrade on the charcoal side

Looks like a great upgrade. Fits like a glove and 10 gauge steel, should be very durable! Have you tried sticks in it yet?
