LSG recently arrived.....Used it for the first time this weekend. (I attempted to post a picture, but it seems the website doesn't to care for .heic pics. Unsure how to convert). A joy to cook on. The charcoal basket may only get used a couple times a year. Concerned with rust on it, as well as the fire management basket, between cooks. Ideas you have done to combat this and/or advice.

Dewesq55. Thank you. I had thought of the "Pam" method, but was thinking it would be very sticky/clingy sitting in the garage, This could be the reality of the situation. If so, so be it. We did a 7lb meatloaf yesterday, some beef ribs, along with an 8.5lb pork shoulder.

I love that cooker. Color me green with envy! Enjoy it. Add for the sticky thing, you can work down there reduced with a paper towel before putting it away. That will largely eliminate that issue.
