    3/1 was National Pig Day. So I grilled up some ribs, but that was on Sunday, not Monday.

    Received my order tonight. Came nicely packed in a big styrofoam cooler with plenty of gel ice packs. All still frozen solid.

    I’ve had this brand before from a retailer semi locally. It was a good product then and I’m expecting the same now! Going to be made into some pork belly burnt ends, bacon and bone in chops!! I’ll update with pictures after I process this weekend.
