    Snake River Farms- High quality Wagyu & Prime briskets, filets, and other cuts

    Splurge item for sure, but if you're in the market for a Wagyu brisket it's a great deal on a world class cut of meat.

    Tempting! Their meat is great. I've ordered from them before. They usually give you a pound or two more than you'd expect as well, which is always welcome.

        Aw man, Wagyu is easier. It gets done quicker from all the soft fatty goodness. Dry brine for 24 hrs, add a dash of BBBR, smoke at 225 with a little oak or pecan (or both) for about 3-4 hrs, wrap once it hits 150ish, take to 190 (Wagyu doesn't need 203), hold in a cambro for 2hrs or until dinner. Drool, slice, chew, repeat.

        You can do it!
