As I mentioned earlier, that’s reserved for the strip joints. 🥸

I’m sure they have more than NY cuts.

I’m by the one in Monmouth County. It’s pretty great, but obviously the all frozen thing requires some degree of planning. I’m a big fan though.

That answered one question. I was wondering if everything was frozen. Being it looks like all of their meats are from other parts of the country and the world for that matter.

Steve B yes, everything is frozen. I grab the Argentinian shrimp, ground beef, beef neck bones and Berkshire pork. That’s about it. And lately that’s when they have the pork. Staff cited logistics and supply chain problems.

Last time I was there, they had the Swift brand of some products. Not my jams.

Really cool. We have a plethora of beef here in Houston but the specialty cuts can be a challenge. Wish a Wild Fork would open here as well. Good for you 👍

Steve, there is a Wild Fork here in Houston……apparently you missed my post up there 👆👆 It’s on S. Voss, in the ritzy Memorial/Tanglewood area. 1625 S. Voss
It recently opened, I didn’t know about it either till yesterday.

I know did the same. I seem to remember them announcing that too but totally slipped my mind. Will have to run over there next time I’m in town 👍

We have one about 20 minutes away in Huntington Beach. Just discovered it about 6+ months ago. And now they are building one right in Long Beach (PCH and 2nd)

Our Wild Fork is 15+ minutes away. Great store, selection and very clean with a helpful staff.

Is that the monolith for the 2001 Space Odyssey?

bbqLuv That's too funny. We'll all be standing around picking up clubs for the first time.

Ironically it used to be a Burger King and that's the old sign!

Draznnl I just learned too much about their practices and where they are from. Especially after that documentary I just screened last week. I will admit, most of the stuff I have had from them wasn’t bad. I loved the Argentinian red shrimp and the meatloaf mix. But, I want to spend my dollars closer to home. And to think I almost got a job there….

Steve! I totally forgot about this. I assume you’re shopping there. What’re your thoughts?
