It's a gas station, it's a feed store. it's a small country market. Most of all, it is a fantastic meat market. Tucked away on highway 5 just outside of Lake Elmo. Billy is a great butcher who is always on the lookout for quality sources of meat. His pork shoulders have a nice amount of fat marbled into the meat, so on a 12 hour smoke, always remain incredibly tender. Can not recommend them enough.
