Has anyone used this butcher? https://www.instagram.com/vmillermeats/ The site looks yummy - but how's the beef?

Maybe CaptainMike has, sorry I'm a couple of thousand miles away. But....looking at their website they do have some mighty tasty looking items. I especially like this burger with the egg yoke dripping all over my face....

When I was working for the State I would be in Sacramento several times a year, but did not know about these guys or I sure would have stopped in. Sac is about a 3.5 hr drive from home and we rarely go there now, but will put them on the list for the next trip.

V Miller is mostly grass fed sourced from local farms. I really enjoyed their sausages but thought they were overpriced. Oto's Marketplace on Freeport Blvd is my favorite spot in town for quality meats and seafood. They put on some great sales from time to time. Scored these Wagyu Tri tips last year for 10.49 lb.
