Well I went to sams club a little while ago and
BAM!!!!!

Whole prime packers! $3.68lbs so dropped 55 bucks and threw it in the fridge.

also bought some wings and whole birds while I was there.

I got a 12 pound packer yesterday at Costco- $3.69 a pound I think. This is the smallest I’ve ever done, so hope it turns out as good as my usual 16 to 20 pounder.

I picked up two packers at the Eden Prairie Costco, yesterday. Gotta love when the head guy in the meat department has briskets set aside for you. 😀
