I like Sam’s for baby back or loin ribs, Boston butts and chicken. Costco for briskets and pork belly. Costco does have a larger meat selection, but last few packs of ribs I got there had lots of sharp bone fragments I had to cut off before cooking. I go to Sam’s more as it is more convenient, and much less crowded.
