butcher in arkansas?

Where was that at? Sam's is the only place in NWA that has any kind of selection, most of the knowledgeable butchers don't really butcher much of anything. I don't mind supporting local folks but paying twice as much for the same pack of Excel ribs would just be dumb on my part.

I've been trying to find some local pig farmers to supply me, there are a lot of awesome breeds around but none of them have enough to supply me.

only one I knew just got popped by the state for illegal labeling or something on meats. adding wrong things to meats etc etc. wish there was one there. I visit there a lot.
