    Hi and a massive thanks from downunder!

    Based in Sydney Australia, have been using a weber kettle (great results, still love her) for years and recently decided to drop decent coin on a decent ceramic grill.

    This website is brilliant and i'd like to pass on a huge thanks to all the people (mods AND contributors) involved for such an invaluable reference tool.

    I have never ever paid money to a website however this was a no brainer (crazy great value anyway), I couldn't continue coming here every cook and leaching...

    Have been following recipes without too much deviation and results have constantly been fantastic - always improving too!

    Anyway, enough babbling from me - thank you all for the best bit of kit in my BBQ arsenal...
