Newbie here MBINQUIN (Mike from Quincy MA)
Love to cook. Just started smoking and experimenting in the last year. I have a Char Broil Big Easy electric smoker and a Weber Genesis gas grill. Looking to purchase charcoal smoker. I have been looking at Weber Smokey Mountain and the Pit Barrel Cooker. I'm having a very hard time deciding which one. I use the Big Easy at least twice a week. My favorites are salmon and ribs
