Hi, I'm Andy. I've been making pizza for the last 8 years in TaiwanFor about the last year have been playing with ham and bacon. Just finished about 12 pounds or bacon. I changed over from buying ham and bacon to making my own, mostly from using this website. Recently playing with the ribs, my wife loves them using the Memphis dust. Want to learn tons more.
