    New member from North Idaho

    Hello from North Idaho!

    I am a backyard bbq guy who not only cooks but I also sell Smokers, BBqs, Sauces and Seasonings. I had the luxury of working in the meat industry as a meatcutter and department manager for 28 years before my current job so I have some experience on a wide range of BBQ aspects. My personal collection consists of 4 Pellet Grills, 1 Drum, and my newest edition a Gravity Feed Smoker.

    I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge and learning from others who have the same passion.
