Hello everyone, I'm a Canadian living in Tokyo and BBQ on the classic Weber 22" Kettle, love it. I have the rotisserie attachment, the smokenator, and other various toys. I've used this site for quite some time and had completely forgotten that I got a 90-day trial membership when I bought the cookbook. This is a great site, the best I've seen and I look forward to learning more during this trial.
