Hi from Idaho. I've been visiting amazingribs.com for a number of years and have learned almost everything I know about grilling on this website. I would consider myself an experienced amateur having made brisket, pork butt, ribs, rotisserie birds, pizza, and many others a number of different ways. This is a picture of a turkey i did on my weber kettle grill rotisserie last weekend using Simon and Garfunkel rub.
The weber kettle is the only grill I have ever used. The rotisserie was a recent gift from my wife and it's been fun to learn how to use it. I'm trying to figure out how to modify the forks so I can roast gyro meat.
I've also made a number of the BBQ sauces on this website. I recently did a version of the Kansas city style and substituted maple syrup for honey when I discovered i was out of honey half way through putting the ingredients together. It turned out amazing.
I've been on a vegetable kick lately trying to expand my horizons there on the grill.
I look forward to discussing and learning from you all here.
