                Welcome from Farmville, Va...

I started in a similar way. I moved and my dying cheapo gas grill did not survive the move. So I bought a Weber Kettle. Now I have the kettle and 3 other smokers, a Blackstone griddle and planning my next purchase. MCS (More Cooking Space) is a real phenomenon.

I'm looking at getting a dedicated smoker . Thinking on a Kamado Joe mainly for the cold winters . Then another part of my brain says get the cajun bandit converter to turn my kettle into a smokey mountain smoker and use the savings for more meat to smoke . Oh the decisions lol .

Welcome from NE OK! Used to live in Detroit for about a year. Don't miss it any, no offense. Did some training mainly at Providence and Royal Oak and down at Henry Ford. If I never go back to the (well, THAT) big city, I won't be disappointed! lol Love me some small town life.

Great to see you here, glad to see new converts to 'the life'! Welcome, man! This is a great place to learn and share.
