Howdy from the thriving metropolis of Port Salerno, FL

Port Salerno -- A small drinking village with a big fishing problem. I'm nothing special. I love to cook. Sometimes, I get lucky and it comes out edible. I'm semi-retired. My wife owns Manatee Max and I work unpaid for her. In return she lets me live, eat, shower and stow my gear here.Click image for larger version Name:	Bruce&Bryan20170803.jpg Views:	0 Size:	100.3 KB ID:	949841 Given my druthers, I'd rather be drinking, sailing, napping, [REDACTED], or eating all the stuff I've been told I shouldn't. I have a wonderful wife, two awesome sons (33 & 19) and a lab/pit mix named Bruce Danforth. He is the family's anchor. I'm blessed in a lot of ways although I tend to forget that sometimes... too often.

I lived in Dallas* for about 15 years.
*Well, I worked in Dallas and commuted to Palmer, TX to get out of the city.

Howdy from Houston Max. Like your sense of humor. But.....I’m willing to bet your cooks are a lot more than "edible". You’re gonna lull us into believing ya, then.......Bam! Next thing we know you’ll soon be posting some awesome looking food here. Got my money on that.

I was brought up in the south, so I can barbecue a pretty mean pig butt. I couldn't figure out the trick to make tender ribs until I found AR. On a side note, If you bring your panhead to south Florida you have to get it detailed while you're here. You can drink beer and shoot pool while you watch 'em clean your bike. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXaI...ature=emb_logo

Most of the folks here have said the same thing, how much they’ve learned here from this site. You’ll find some of the best of the best here, I garontee!
