I own a Weber 22 and a 26, both with Smokenators and fitted for a BBQ guru party Q. I also use a Maverick ET-732, and have two Thermoworks thermometers.
When I saw "The Pit" ad, I joined immediately. I found this site trolling for rib recipes, and give thanks for it regularly.
I have been kitchen manager and lab instructor for the University of Missouri's Hospitality Management Program and sold BBQ using Meathead's recipes at catering events and at the school cafe. I hold a MS in Hospitality management from MU. Looking forward to making new friends and learning as much as possible about the science and art of BBQ and grilling!
