Joined last month, and am fairly new to smoking. Got a Traeger Ironwood 885 for Fathers Day this past summer and have been learning and having fun ever since. I've messed up more cuts of meat than I've nailed...but I'm getting better. My bests so far have been prime rib, brisket, and beef ribs (both back and short). CA native living in the Bay Area for the past 10 years.
