Welcome from California! Seeing as we don’t get a real winter here in Southern California I’m no help for your temp issue, but The Pit is full of people who are!

Welcome to the pit from Massachusetts. I have a Camp Chef pellet grill that I use year round in the Massachusetts winter with no issue. Expect to use more pellets than in the warmer months due to the cooker keeping up the temp but I have found no real issues.

Welcome from south Texas! Texas native but raised my kids in STL, our second hometown! Loved living there for 20 years.

Welcome from TN. I have the same wsm, and have never had trouble holding temps, but it doesn't get as cold here. I am a fan of the Grilla products - they are made in my home state of MI, so theoretically they should hold temps in the winter. They are great people, give them a call. I don't have one of their grills yet, but they are next on the I want list.

I should correct myself. Grilla is headquartered in MI, but I believe the grills are currently manufactured in China.
