I came to this site looking for reviews on a thermometer. I have used the dial thermometer on my smoker and an internal thermometer to this point, and I thought you guys were crazy for being so prejudiced against the dial. This morning I am SHOOKETH.
I started a brisket and checked the dial against my digital to laugh at your insanity, and it was off by 50 degrees the whole time I was getting up to temp. I am 3hrs in and the dial still doesn't show that I'm at temp.
Im a new member now, and its great to be here!
