    Hello From Texas

    New Member here. Looking for ideas, recipes and information. I own a charcoal offset smoker a Char Broil Electric smoker and a Weber Kettle grill We smoke poke steaks and chops in the electric, chicken and turkey, and occasionally a pork butt in the charcoal one. Probably need to expand my meat choices

      Welcome to The Pit Paul. Slap a chuck roast in your Kettle. It cooks like a butt, but normally has to go a bit higher in temp to be probe tender.
