I can say I've been lurking consistently since I signed up, didn't really mean it to be that way but that's where we are...and I blame you folks, since I've been busy learning so much here that I never found anywhere else (everything from how to get a good smoke flavor and use a fan on my PBC to what to expect from my knee replacement). An insane amount of knowledge lives in the Pit!
I do all my cooking on either a PBC or a Weber 26, and love them both. Hope to contribute in the future!
