I, Stefan from Ohio. I joined this site after using a number of recipes and equipment reviews.

I have used a weber Nat gas grill for years for everything smoking and grilling. Just recently set up a smoke vault 24 Nat gas smoker.

Looking into the dreaded brisket for a new challenge.
