    Hi there!

    Had been burning meat over fire for years. Then I stumbled upon amazingribs.com about two years ago after buying a weber kettle. Man has this site evolved my cooking!

    Worked up the courage to spatchcock a turkey for thanksgiving last year. Followed Meatheads instructions to make some Simon & Garfunkel and jumped in


    Tended the grill from my lazyboy.


    The S&G is great on chickens as well!

    Don't worry. There's no beer can in there!

    So anyway, I whole heartedly thank Meathead for this awesome site and am sure I'll learn a whole lot reading participating in the pit.
