it gets better each time. we have had fewer and fewer disasters. Best so far is 8th in chicken out of 40 some teams. Looking forward to our first top 5
Figured I'd go ahead and introduce myself. I currently live in St. Louis, Missouri, and have some how picked up the habit called competition bbq. Currently our battle wagon is a harbor freight trailer kit hauling 3 ugly drums, (1 purchased the others homemade), and a Weber 26inch. Brisket and I have a love hate relationship.
