My name Alan and am from Minnesota.
I am on my third pellet smoker (currently a Rec Tec 590) and also have an Akorn Chargriller ( Green Egg wannabe). I have been smoking for around six years or so and really enjoy it. I look forward to useful ideas and info in the smoking world on this site, Smoke on brothers!
