Hi from Orangevale, Ca.,
My wife calls me Bill but you can call me anything you want. Been a member for over a year and love reading the blogs, knowledge is pit power. I’m running an original PK for the low and slow, a Weber with a slow and sear, and a Margarita grill for the main grilling. I’ll be adding an outdoor gas oven, so if anybody has any insight I stand ready for good counsel.
