jitsntricks Have you been to Porter's Real Barbecue lately? It was the only barbecue I could find in Tri-Cities maybe 4 years ago when I was at a conference for a couple of days. We went to their original small storefront. I think it was pretty good then.Last edited by BruceB; August 24, 2020, 05:25 PM.

Ya know, for as long as Porter's has been around I haven't tried them! I hear great things about them, but I like my BBQ and my family does as well so I figure that's just more practice for me.
Porter's now has 3 locations open! They are doing it right apparently.
I do have a buddy that has a BBQ truck here locally and his is out of this world! His BBQ sauce is probably the best I've tasted (with my limited experience). It's called "Swampy's BBQ". I highly recommend them next time you're hereLast edited by jitsntricks; August 29, 2020, 12:01 PM. Reason: Misspelled my friends bbq truck/catering
