IMO steaks were harder to figure out than low/slow. (Burgers are pretty easy.) Get the steaks right and the rest will follow.

Welcome from north Texas. You’ll enjoy the Pit. But don’t be shy! Get a pork butt and do some pulled pork indirect on that Weber! You’ll be a veteran in no time, and it’s almost idiot-proof! People will think you’re a born pitmaster!
