New to the web site. I've been smoking on a gas smoke hollow for just over a year. Just upgraded to a Meadow Creek Box 50 Smoker. I've smoked Chickens, Ribs, Pork Butts, Briskets, Potatoes, Corn. You name it I've tried it. Now learning back on charcoal and wood. Typically I work 6 days a week so Sundays are the smoke everything at once. Just started smoking Pineapple in Brown sugar and Cinnamon. Willing to learn from anyone and everyone that cares to share.
