    Hello from San Anton!

    Just introducing myself. John here...I am a frustrated, but willing to learn outdoor cook. I currently have a BGE that I've yet to master, a Weber Genesis, and I just purchased a Pit Barrel Cooker....lured by the promise of easy, no-fuss, cooking greatness.... I live in the heart of Texas BBQ country in San Antonio...
