I have been using AmazingRibs for a couple of years and decided to join the Pitmaster club. I am in the middle of deciding what pellet grill to purchase and I am leaning towards the Smokefire. Hoping that is not a terrible decision. Any feedback on that would be great.

Howdy from Kansas Territory, Welcome to Th Pit!
Lookin forward to learnin along with, an from ya!
LA Pork Butt makes a very good cautionary point, as I've also heared many mixed reviews on th new SmokeFire... I'm a lifelong, diehard Weber guy, charcoal, an am currently down to 'only' 16 kettle cookers...
That bein said, (IF) I were to ever to find myself in th market fer a pellet cooker, well, amigo, I works hard fer my dollars, an I ain't currently willin to plunk me down no dang dang $1200 fer an SF, until I hear better things bein more universally said...
I'd be lookin at me some Yoder, MAK, RecTec...
HouseHomey is also Dead On Right, with Yoder makes some Very Good, tried, an true Pellet poopers...
I got no dog in this, jus don't want ta see ya burn a cool grand, Plus, an be unhappy...
If'n yer heart's set on th features, price, etc. of th Smokefire, reckon I'd advise th possible wisdom of rollin with what ya currently have, an givin that situation a chance to hopefully be resolved to better, then snappin up a deal.
Currently own:
Weber 22 and 26 Kettle.
Regular gasser with rotisserie.
Custom built horizontal stick burner.
Custom built duel fuel "whole hog" cooker.
