Good Morning from Middle TN! So glad to be a new member. Our team, Serious Hog, has been KCBS BBQ Competitors for a lil over seven years now. Previously used WSMs and more recently have upgraded to twin BBQ Guru Shotgun Smokers. Although I love the WSM and the Shotgun Smoker, at home I love to fire up the Weber Kettle.
