    The North Coast of Ohio

Greetings from The North Coast of Ohio (East of Cleveland). Here because I picked up a copy of Meathead's cookbook awhile back. Cook on either a 22" Weber kettle, a Weber Genesis or over an open wood fire. No smoker, but long for one. Still poking around but wanted to get my first post under my belt!

Welcome to The Pit. Add a Slow N Sear to your kettle and you will have a great smoker,

Thanks. I do have a Slow N Sear and use it regularly. Done a little bit of smoking with it but still longing for a standalone unit.

A Pit Barrel Cooker is an inexpensive and fun way to add to the out door cooking experience.
